RESIDENTIAL: All rents are paid by weekly Standing Order or monthly by BACS for DSS customers. Consistent and timely rents are rewarded with 'home improvement bonuses' which remain the property of the landlord. eg. new curtains, carpets, decorating materials. COMMERCIAL: we currently have a well equipped 50 cover cafe/grill with license option, a double fronted main road shop & two 47 bedroom hotels all en-suite to lease.
